Shipping policy
ALL orders ship out via USPS, Monday through Friday. We work to ship out orders the next business day after the order is placed. For Holidays, Fridays, and weekends, we can take up to 2 business days to ship orders out.
Tracking info is sent out via email once your order has shipped. If tracking shows an error, you are unable to see tracking or there's a delay in delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. If package states DELIVERED and you cannot locate it, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address that was entered by customer at checkout. Please verify address BEFORE submitting your order.
We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns. If you need to make a return or exchange all shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer. Product must be shipped back within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags. If you feel like you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
Final Sale Items include.....any item on sale/clearance, all Jewelry, and Gift Cards. Returning for an exchange can be done but we cannot hold items due to limited stock and availability. Please email which item you are interested in and we will check availability once your item is returned back to us.
When returning for IN-STORE credit, please return item and state on receipt "IN-STORE CREDIT" and ship back in the box with the item. Store Credit must be used within 60 Days. Please email us to place an order with "IN-STORE CREDIT". Returns are processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email once it is processed.
